Just a quick note here to say hi to all the new staff and welcome back everyone coming back this season.
As most of you already know, we opened early for business this season (November 13th!). This has been a great oportunity to start getting staff up here and trained before the busy Christmas Season hits.
If you haven't worked yet, you will be soon. We've even heard a rumour that we may open early for evenings (this has not been confirmed).
So check back often; I'll try to post updates on a regular basis with what's going on "a la Nordique"
